If you receive an item you want to return...

All products come with a 30 day returns policy. We ask that you reach out to us to inform us you are returning an item and include the packing slip or invoice.

The following is meant as a guide and Vintro Vintage and Retro Ltd reserves the right to consider individual return and refund requests and refuse where appropriate.

Return shipping for an unwanted item must be paid for by the customer and we recommend using a credible tracked service as we will not be liable for loss or damage in transit.

If your item is faulty or you are unhappy for any reason please get in touch and allow us the opportunity to resolve this for you. We strive for customer satisfaction in these instances.

All goods will be inspected upon return and must meet the following criteria:

Any original tags must be attached

All items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Must not have been worn and in a resaleable condition.

Once we have carried out an inspection we will usually process a refund 1-2 working days upon receiving your returned item. Refunds will be made through the original payment method. and at the original purchase price. We do not refund the original shipping cost. Please allow suitable time for the refund to appear in your account.

We recommend using a credible courier and a tracked service. Please ensure goods are packaged as per their guidelines. We will not be held liable for goods damaged or lost while in return transit.

Any exceptions to any of the above will be purely at our discretion and we recommend you getting in touch if you wish to discuss or clarify any of these points.
